If you are able to visit the studio, please make an appointment to view the collections that you are interested in. Walk ins are welcome, although you may experience a short wait to recieve our trademark special attention.
For orders in-studio, or as a result of viewing an item online, please view the following guidelines and return policy:
- Don’t delay with your questions, requests, or orders!
Generally, we ask 4/5 weeks lead time from date of confirmed order/payment.
- Orders placed in-studio require a 50% deposit.
- Shipped orders require payment in full, prior to shipping.
- Credit card information should include expiration date.
- We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Billing and shipping address must match.
- All receipts will be included with your shipment.
- There is a $15 shipping and handling charge.
- Due to the nature of our custom hand made merchandise, there are no returns or exchanges.
- Orders placed under 3 weeks carry a rush charge of $75. The exception is for prêt-a-porter items available for purchase on our display floor.
